You scream, I scream, we all scream for Will’s Batch Icecream! Located on the ever popular Nelson Place right in the heart of Williamstown, Will’s Batch is the perfect spot for a sweet treat on a summer’s night.
Monzerella has all your favourite Italian sandwiches - from chicken schnitzel to warm meatball ciabatta rolls - and they’re huge! The coffee, made with Roasting Warehouse beans, is fantastic, and there’s an impressive grocery selection, including pasta, sauces, sweets, and pickled goodies. Plus, there’s a gelato bar!
Little Gecko cafe in Newport is an absolute winner, especially for all of the toddlers in the West. Located on the bustling Blackshaws Road, Little Gecko is not to be mistaken for a regular cafe - it’s a bright and fun space that is tailored for younger children.

Situated in the heart of Williamstown on Ferguson Street. It has all the features you have come to expect and recognise from your favourite Elephant cafes in Newport and Footscray.
Aintree Food and Wine Co is an excellent choice for a family meal or even a kid-free gathering with friends. It is open daily for lunch and dinner and serves breakfast on weekends, it features an impressive wine list too! On Fridays, kids eat free which is great and Mamma loves the calamari and arancini, paired perfectly with a prosecco. The kids' pizza was just right for Miss 2, she loves every bite. Put Aintree Food and Wine Co on your to-go list!
Watton Street in Werribee has become a must-visit spot for food lovers with the addition of Il Matto, a standout Italian restaurant. Mamma loves the golden wood-fired pizza ovens and exceptional service. It offers a step up from the typical pizza and pasta experience with an extensive menu including must-try items. The restaurant is well-suited for families, with a kids' menu, ample seating, and a bustling atmosphere.
Once the gelato bar opens it will be another reason to visit Il Matto in Werribee!
