Who knew smashing up #^%$ was so much fun! This is the place to come to have a smashing good time, and turns out it’s a little therapeutic too!

Basically, you are kitted up and locked in a small room and given plates, bottles, cups (and at an extra costscreens, tvs etc…..) and you HURL them against the wall - or maybe a sledgehammer is more your deal, or a crow bar? Well, you just slam that bottle/cup/tv into oblivion.

Play your own music too while you shatter your bad mood. Maybe some classical, or death metal? It’s very satisfying…

Safety is of high importance here so you will get to watch an induction video first, plus you will also be given coveralls, gloves, earplugs, and helmets. And there are rules you must follow of course.

There are also video games and table tennis to have a wind down after your session!
