Wildlife Wonders
Spot wallabies, koalas, cockatoos, emus and more (Mamma even saw the elusive Christmas beetle!) as you learn about conservation, native flora and fauna and how to spot a koala (hint, smell their poo)!
Nourished
A good pit stop for lunch is so important on a family road trip and Mamma says this spot is good to eat some lunch, stretch the legs AND do some browsing.
Triplet Falls
The Otways National Park is just stunning and these two bush treks are located in the midst of some stunning rain forest scenery. The trails here are also located on the site of a former timber mill and there are lots of old machinery along the trail to spot as well.
Hopetoun Falls, Beech Forest - Otways
Waterfalls are stunning works of nature. The gorgeous rush of water over rock faces or cliffs, and the roar of the water really seems to capture our hearts - and we are lucky to have so many around us when we head out of the city.

Maits Rest
When you head into the Great Otways National Park, you should expect breathtaking landscapes varying from ocean to rainforest. Maits Rest Rainforest Walk is a wonderful way to experience the magic of an ancient rainforest while stretching those legs, especially for families with little kids as the walk is only a 30 minute loop.
Otway Blueberries
When you go through as many blueberries as Mamma’s family, seeing row upon row of these little delicious gems is a sight to see! Otway Blueberries has been around since the 90’s and they provide blueberries all around the Otways and surf coast.
