werribee city centre to get a new park in 2020

Mamma is getting pretty excited about this one! This whole area is fab and this looks set to be an amazing addition.
The huge park redevelopment project (Wyndham Park) in the heart of the Werribee City Centre will soon be home to one of the best playgrounds in the west.
Nestled in the perfect location on the banks of the river and in the heart of the city centre, the 11 metre tower has already been installed. It will also feature a massive climbing frame, flying fox, slides, cubby house, waterways and play plus public art. There will be toilets too and heaps more!
The $13 million Wyndham City project has been supported with a State Government grant of $3.2 million through the Growing Suburbs Fund.
Meanwhile, Wyndham park will remain closed to the public until early 2020 when works conclude.
This is going to be great for the area and we can’t wait to give it a good test run as soon as it opens! The whole project is set to conclude early 2020 but we will keep you informed!
