Get ready to party! This is one of Mamma’s absolute FAVE festivals! The West Footscray Festival of Colours is just a fantastic day of fun with market and food stalls, activities for the kids, music and dance, and of course the throwing of the colours.
This is the kind of celebrations in the community where everyone can get involved - the little colour packets are available to purchase at various spots in the festival and then you just find a spot to throw some rainbows at each other!
Mamma’s special mentions: Highlights for kids - carnival rides, craft activities, face painting and of course the throwing of the colours is ever-popular - Mamma says wear clothes that you no longer want and have a ‘messier is better’ kind of attitude!
