If you take a stroll down a hidden back street in Williamstown, you'll stumble upon a rather enchanting old warehouse building that's home to Bathtub Gin Distilling Co.
Mamma says - this place is a real gem! We were lucky enough to meet the quartet behind the magic: Wayne, the owner; Ben, the barman; Dave, the distillery manager; and Kieran, the assistant manager. They're passionate about every aspect of creating the perfect gin (and brandy and whisky and chardonnay and pizza!) and the ultimate gin aficionados, amazing humans with a great space, lovely gin and stories to share.
Bathtub Gin Distilling Co. not only make their own gin right here on site, but they also throw open their doors on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at their Distiller’s Bar. Think craft cocktails, all your fave spirits (gin, obvs), and now...FOOD.
That's right, they've just opened up their kitchen and are serving up a small but scrumptious selection of pizzas and snacks.
So bring your appetite and your thirst - you've got to swing by this gin joint get yourself a tasting paddle and have a whole gin experience. Everyone is welcome, perhaps take into consideration this is a fully operating distillery and bar.
All of their gin is for sale by the bottle and by the glass so please if you are a gin lover or not - make the time to check this place out.
