lavandula lavender farm, shepherds flat
/Lavandula is one of our favourite places on the planet and you can see why!
As soon as you step into this magical place you could be forgiven for thinking you've somehow stumbled into the European countryside.
Mamma has loved this place for many years. This Swiss Italian Farm is a sight to behold with its sprawling gardens, old stone buildings, charming cafe and crazy geese roaming the grounds. You can take a gander through the fragrant lavender, play some boules on the pitch, check out the other friendly and delightful animals like chooks and an emu and the GORGEOUS 'free range' geese - then sit down for a spot of lunch under the dappled light of the ash trees.
Didn’t bring your lunch? Never fear! La Trattoria Eatery & Bar serves the infamous (and ENORMOUS) lavender scones, as well as delicious wood fired pizza - paired perfectly with lavender champagne!
Finish up by purchasing some fine goods at the store full of lavender, oils and plenty of other goodies.
Always keep an eye out for the next seasonal festival, they are an amazing experience for the family - full of wonderful music, dancing and great food!
