Next time you visit Logan Reserve in Altona take a trip back in time and step inside the Altona Homestead. The first homestead built in the area - even before The Point Cook Homestead and before the Chirnsides built Werribee Mansion. It has lot's of history about the house, the 'olden days' as well as Altona itself nicely displayed throughout the homestead in it's rooms filled with gorgeous old furniture from the 30's, old farm equipment and artifacts.

Mamma's special mention: First Sunday of the month they are open for devonshire tea from 11-4pm Oh and apparently its haunted so they also run ghost tours at night! Woooo!
