eureka gardens playground, ballarat east
/The kids will quickly pick up the theme - soldiers, horses and a huge playground with the Eureka flag perched at the top! Adventure is the name of the game here.
This is a well loved playground in a really nice little pocket - a lake with ducks, green grass, gazebo and picnic tables surround. You’ll also find the Eureka Flag here as well as a museum dedicated to retelling histories from the gold rush era.
This playground is just inside town as you drive from Melbourne, and there’s plenty of parking here, making it a perfect place to stretch your legs if you’re onward to an adventure further afield!
Whether you pack a picnic or grab some grub at the nearby cafe, this is a fun stop.
