Now - the food. Mamma’s kids love the Alicha Wot - a mild beef stew, and Mamma always orders Shiro Wot, a thick and creamy spicy chickpea and pea stew.

Gluten free injera is available on request, all of the dishes are gluten free and there are a lot of vegetarian and vegan choices. The reality is that everything here is mouth-watering, there are no wrong choices to make!

The restaurant is fully licensed if you want a cheeky drink - perhaps an Ethiopian lager? Mamma thinks it goes really well with the chilli dishes!
