Famous for its wood-fired sourdough and and mouth-watering pastries, this place is just next level yum. Located in the historical Federal Mills precinct, Mamma guarantees you that you just won’t want to leave!

There are two parts to The Paddock - their bakery front where there is ample seating inside and out (pet friendly too!), or their dine in area cafe towards the back where you can enjoy their delicious breakfast and lunch.

Centred around their hand-built wood fire oven, you’ll actually be able to watch the desserts get made as there is a glassed kitchen area on show - Mamma watched her Creme Brûlée donut get glazed and oh my, it made her drool!

How have we not talked about the food yet?! Other than the Creme Brûlée - you can feast on biscoff, original cinnamon, jam or Nutella donuts, cookies, croissants, cruffins (yes, a croissant muffin!), or even their delicious savory options like a sausage roll! They have amazing coffee, milkshakes and smoothies too!
