Quality seafood, delicious dishes - that’s what matters to the owners of Sunshine’s BRAND NEW Ikiru Sushi. And they’ve held up their end of the deal! Mamma and the kids love the novelty of a sushi train and when the seafood is purchased fresh daily, even better.

Along with a jam-packed speedy train, dishes are available to order from the iPads. Karage chicken, soba noodles, katsu don, hand rolls and miso soup as well as drinks.

Salmon, eel, tuna, and prawn sushi trundles around on the conveyer belt, along with really delicious fried calamari and some tasty fried sweet potato and cheese dumplings Mamma has never tried but will definitely get again!

And the desert! Please don’t go past the taifuku - stuffed waffles (Mamma got custard) that comes with a scoop of matcha ice cream and some fairy floss. It was so good we had to order it twice over! The yuzu sorbet was also sublime and a great way to finish the meal.
